We bought two of these screens for my company - both arrived dented and one of them had a broken end-cap.We were able to get the end-cap back on, but it looks like it could come off again at any moment.They seem to function okay - the screen still rolls up just fine, but you can see the dents in the casing from pretty far back.There is also no mechanism to lock the tripod to the casing when the screen is away.The tripod stand is not very sturdy either - it won't stay in place very well.I'm going to try and see if Amazon will replace these with different ones.Click Here to see more reviews about: Elite Screens Tripod Portable Projection Screen, 4:3 Aspect Ratio-120in (Max White)
